Love is worth celebrating any day of the year, but February 14th
is an especially good occasion. Cheers!
Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
• About 24 fresh Red Raspberries
• 6 ounces of Vanilla Vodka (we suggest Triple Eight Vanilla)
• 1 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
• 2 ounces of Irish Cream Liqueur
• 3 ounces of Creme De Framboise (Raspberry)Liqueur
• 1 or 2 ounces of Cream
• A few pieces of chocolate, to melt
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Melt chocolate in bowl by microwaving at 15 second intervals until soft. Remove and stir.
• Dip rim of martini glasses in melted chocolate and chill in refrigerator for about 15 minutes to firm up chocolate.
• MUDDLE the red raspberries in base of shaker.
• Combine vanilla Vodka, and other ingredients, Schnapps, Irish Crème, Raspberry Liqueur and cream, also into shaker
• Add Ice
• Shake, then strain into pre-chilled glasses….
